28/02 :  A Dutch take on Phorm

   From the country that gave us the delights of the Big Brother TV show, ISPam.nl gives their comment on Phorm.

The last but one paragraph points out that the European Commission has stated an IP address is, in many cases, personal data. It then suggests that the ‘anonymous’ IDs proposed by Phorm are merely substitutes for IP addresses and therefore should be considered equivalent to them.
