01/06 :  Anti-phorm protest at the BT AGM London 16th July

The peaceful protest starts outside the Barbican at 10am until the AGM finishes. Guest speakers will be in attendance. This is to be followed by a protest outside BT Centre.

Following the AGM, it's planned that files will be delivered to the Metropolitan Police at Charing Cross Metropolitan Police Station via Fleet Street and The Strand, along with a demand that a criminal investigation be opened into BT's secret trials of Phorm in 2006 and 2007. During the two tests, communications via as many as 120,000 broadband lines were intercepted, profiled and used to target advertising on websites.

The protest is being organised by Alex hanff.
The website for this event is here and will be updated as time progresses and details are finalised.
