Changes to sign-up process

Due to the vast number of spammers currently wasting there time here I've made a significant change to the user sign-up process.

All new users will now require to be manually approved by me before they can post to the forums. I won't be rejecting registrations from any real users - the site remains open to free & constructive debate from all sides, just obvious spammers.

This doesn't impact on current users, just new members signing up.
