Whlie, like PlusNet, Waitrose themselves may not intend using Phorm and may instruct their supplier accordingly, I just popped over to have a look in case anything had changed since I last checked, and it hasn't. From their broadband T&C: "The Broadband Services are offered to you by Brightview Internet Services Limited (no.4334320) whose registered office is at 9-10 Grafton Street, London W1S 4EN."
