Which would be understandable if the letter was longer than 3 paragraphs. But it isn't. She says "The detailed points [Dephormation] makes in his letter are matters for the Police, the Information Commissioner, the communication regulator Ofcom, the Home Office, and the Intellectual Property Office at DIUS. All of whom are already engaged on the issues raised by Phorm". Now correct me if I'm wrong, but to quote a Chinese proverb often displayed on KFO... "when Anyway, the interesting aspect to it is this. Ofcom passed the buck to ICO. ICO passed the buck to Home Office. Home Office passed the buck to Police. Police did nothing because it was 'too complicated'. Government Ministers said it was a matter for BERR (if I recall correctly). So now BERR are saying its not a matter for them, the issues associated with Phorm are a matter for everyone else except BERR. Meanwhile we're supposed to believe from BERR that an unnamed 'appropriate department' are dealing with Phorm through unspecified 'alternative channels'. ![]() BERR ecommerce experts have published a musical video message .
