Its very brief, and includes a letter from BT with soothing platitudes. Mr Atkinson says 'As you can see this is currently on a trial basis and I hope you will be content with the reassurance that privacy will be respected'. Please write to Mr Atkinson, particularly if you're a Northumbrian, and make him aware of Phorm. BT/Virgin/TalkTalk customers - you don't need Webwise and Phorm, pure and simple.
