Apparently they have been operating Nebuad on the sly, but current understanding is they have suspended their plans. So, unless the situation changes, I'm not currently planning to publish a block list. However, if anyone wants to process log files for copyright actions against Wow or Charter for the period during which they were operating Nebuad, I'm happy and willing to assist. I can run DNS lookups when processing my logs so looking for either WOW or Charter is relatively easy once I select date ranges.
