I've had a couple of enquiries asking about a block list for Wow (WideOpenWest) & likewise Charter.

Apparently they have been operating Nebuad on the sly, but current understanding is they have suspended their plans.

So, unless the situation changes, I'm not currently planning to publish a block list.

However, if anyone wants to process log files for copyright actions against Wow or Charter for the period during which they were operating Nebuad, I'm happy and willing to assist.

BT/Virgin/TalkTalk customers - you don't need Webwise and Phorm, pure and simple.
Regulators will not protect you from Phorm. Find a Phorm Free ISP.

If anyone can supply dates, that would be helpful too. I can run DNS lookups when processing my logs so looking for either WOW or Charter is relatively easy once I select date ranges.

There are a few dates and a growing list of ISPs in the Nebuad wikipedia article http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/NebuAd
