Pipex doesn't give out personal information or e-mail information out to third parties unless explicitly requested for networking purposes and we have no intention of doing so. I hope this helps" Then, to a follow up email asking for clarification: "Thank you for your e-mail. Usage information is never given out to third party companies the only area other than customer care that will get that information is pipex sales team who will look say every three months to see whether it may be worth re-grading to lower your monthly outgoing's. No external (non pipex companies) will have access to any off your information." Still not sure what they mean by "unless explicitly requested for networking purposes" though.
