I have sent emails to Demon concerning Phorm but they do not reply. Suspicious? Has anyone else got any info on Demon?

I've not had any reply either ( I emailed the THUS PR department last week ), and I'm about to chase them up. I've spoken to a support person who simply trotted out the stock answer 'we don't monitor what websites you visit', but I wouldn't really expect a support operative to be able to answer a question about THUS's future intentions.

I wouldn't ( yet ) call it suspicious - it just means they don't have a canned answer ready. But I'll be a damn sight more suspicious if I still haven't heard anything in a couple of weeks time - it's a pretty simple question....

I got quite a swift response from Demon, they told me that they will never pass customers details to a 3rd party.

It wasn't the bulletproof disclaimer I'd hoped for, but if enough people ask the sales teams of all the "not-yet-phorm" ISPs, they'll soon realise it's a sales pitch worth pursuing.

Just as an update I have since emailed to Malcom Muir, Demon's
Technical Relations Manager, and still have not had an answer. As Murder said, its a simple question.

The silence is deafening.

Any ISP thats not vocal about NOT using phorm is not an ISP I want to do business with.

(sorry for all the nots lol)
