Fresh falls at Phorm

There have been fresh falls today for Aim-listed Phorm as the controversy continues over its targeted online advertising scheme.

I could be wrong but is the author (Katie Allen) of that Guardian article smirking as she published that bad news for Phorm? (that's very unprofessional Katie!)

conspiracy theory corner: I noted that other newpapers seemed to be going ahead with their stinking Phorm collaborations. "The Financial Times, The Times and The Telegraph" or are they just hooking Phorm into a false sense of security thinking everything's fine... then they do a Guardian .. will we see more smirking journalists?

Please!, £100 prize for the next smirking journo that kicks Phorm where it hurts [ above newspaper only need apply] if you can get a background shot of the Kent Ertugrul dartboard in your photo.
