I understand your concerns about this situation. I have written to Baroness Ashton of Upholland, the Minister responsible for Information rights and Data protection, and also to Ofcom. I will write to you again when I receive their responses. 2 MEP's (1 Tory, 1 LD), not heard from Labour MEP yet Virgin Media are to send all your browsing data through Phorm.
