We have tonight posted the following Phorm or BT - You do not have our consent! infact we feel that strong ....... webwise.com has now been blocked from accessing this domain. Stick that in your pipe and smoke it Phorm - I would rather accept Piratebay.org then you. And I am 100 percent against Piracy. We have also informed Phorm that we do not agree to them visiting our website. JSC Hosting Telesystems (ht-systems.ru) appear to be Phorms Russian ISP, and share an office building with Phorm. BT/Virgin/TalkTalk customers - you don't need Webwise and Phorm, pure and simple. Regulators will not protect you from Phorm. Find a Phorm Free ISP. Protect your privacy. Protect your web content. Skyuser or anyone for this matter I have a question. Im frantically searching for a solution for several medium to large websites that I run. They all run on IIS and vary from asp to basic html. How would i go about redirecting someone from a virgin/BT/Talk Talk ip away from my sites to a different page which would explain why they are not allowed to view the site. I know in apache you can do .htaccess but in IIS ? i need something thats either inbuilt to windows server 2003 or i dont mind an application that will do this however i havnt really got time to edit sites specifically. I want something either in built or something that i can install with a user control panel and tell it to redirect from a certain ip block (i.e BT talk talk or virgin) to a specific page. In regards to blocking what info would you use to block ? looking now and BT have ip addresses all over the place, finding each isp ip address ranges would take ages ! | Registered Member #207 Joined: Tue Mar 18 2008, 02:54AMPosts: 15 | We added the domain into IIS - you can block on a domain basis, which is all that we did. As for BT IP ranges I would do a Google search for GEO IP Targetting and see if you can get a range from there? | ||

BT/Virgin users consigned to a ghetto of web content because a third party starts spying on the content and mauling it for marketing. I was talking to a business friend today who couldn't see the problem until I pointed out his website full of useful keywords would be used to promote the interests of his competitors. Then he got very angry. He put lots of effort into the content he produced, yet the more he does so the more some marketeer is effectively going to use his site to benefit his competitors.
