25/02 : BT 'May face criminal proceedings'
From The Register today :"The Crown Prosecution Service has revealed that it is working with a top barrister on a potential criminal case against BT over its secret trials of Phorm's targeted advertising system."
This is VERY good news for everyone who's been involved in the fight against Phorm and the push to see justice finally done for the blatant way BT, Phorm & co. thought they could ride roughshod over the law.
