I now suspect that #16 may be excite - however that is based more on probability than possibility. It will either be a search engine or security provider - so far I am unable to find a security site whose word pattern fits the letter shapes.
For #28 I can't see anything other than an x as the first character - which gives xrt as a possibility.

I'm guessing this is the top 75 of something like ad spend?
I've done a few top 75 searches but haven't found the same list.
