It's a difficult one to spin, they were looking for someone with influence and that's what Kip brings, influence and connections in government. Basically a lobbyist who can bring them more tax payer cash. Kips dilemma here is, does he hang on to Phorm with the high risk huge payout in the future, or does he take the lower risk money from SWS.
