I popped over to case the joint (oops!  I mean "to look at the premises"), and regret to say that I learned nothing.  36A is indeed next to Charlie's, above the barber's.  Like all that stretch, there are three floors above the shop, and it's a communal entrance with the usual entryphone.  Unlike some, this one does have individual numbers on, not just company names or the unlabelled "try your luck" alternative, and the buzzer for 36A is labelled "London Lettings".
Unless they go to lunch very early (this was at 11.45), I guess that they (whoever "they" may be) haven't set things up yet, as, armed with a plausible "looking for old friend who I think works here" story, I gave the buzzer a shove but got no answer.

Very wise!  Whatever you do for a living (housebreakers and the like excepted, of course) and whatever, as a business, you initially thought of Phorm, with them now being so widely shunned, and blamed by half the advertising industry for the public's "misconceptions" about behavioural targetting, you wouldn't want people to think you were anything to do with them, would you?
